Stuffed chicken is one of the classic dinner party dishes, is simle to make and looks elegant on any plate. Our version features three kinds of cheeses and a choice blend of classic herbs and spices. This recipe calls for dried herbs, but if you have fresh herbs, just make sure they’re chopped fine, and increase the amount by about half, since drying concentrates the flavour.
