Dad's Favourite Chicken Sandwich

Created by Larry Smith of Southampton, Ontario Winner of the 2002 “Canada Day Chicken Challenge”
This prizewinning chicken sandwich uses beer to marinate the chicken. The toppings of the sandwich are all classic complements to beer, such as old cheddar and horseradish. This is a simple but delicious sandwich that’s well worth adding to your repertoire.
