Lemon Dijon Yogurt Chicken
This simple recipe makes a rich-tasting, delicious chicken that’s lovely served with green beans and roasted baby potatoes.

plain yogurt

lemon zest

garlic, minced

Lemon Dijon Yogurt Chicken

Whisk together yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, mustard, spices and garlic in a large shallow dish. Add chicken breasts, turning to coat well.

Preheat grill.

Place chicken of top of grill over medium-high heat. Close lid and grill 10-15 minutes per side or until a thermometer inserted into the breast reads 165°F (74°C).
Notes: Oven method:
Bake uncovered in 350°F (180°C) oven for 40-50 minutes or until a thermometer inserted into the breast reads 180°F (83°C).
