Food Safety
Before you start, wash all surfaces and your hands with soap and warm water, and remember to wash your hands, utensils and cutting boards after they touch raw meat or eggs. Avoid cross-contamination by using a different cutting board for your meat and other ingredients. Make sure you’re cooking to safe temperatures and chilling any leftovers within two hours. In a small saucepan, boil all of the sauce ingredients together without the wings. As soon as the sauce cools, add the wings and marinate for 3 to 5 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Place wings in a baking dish and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until juices run clear or the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
