Ingredients
Food Safety
Before you start, wash all surfaces and your hands with soap and warm water, and remember to wash your hands, utensils and cutting boards after they touch raw meat or eggs. Avoid cross-contamination by using a different cutting board for your meat and other ingredients. Make sure you’re cooking to safe temperatures and chilling any leftovers within two hours. Steps
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (180°C). In large bowl, whisk together maple syrup, mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, thyme, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper; add chicken thighs, tossing to coat well.
Transfer to well-greased air fryer tray; cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Remove chicken and set aside.
Add green beans to air fryer tray; cook for 5 to 8 minutes or until tender-crisp. Arrange chicken on serving platter; top with green beans. Sprinkle with parsley.
Alternatively, preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange chicken thighs in heatproof 13- x 9-inch (3.5 L) casserole dish. Bake for 18 minutes, turning chicken halfway through. Top chicken with green beans; cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until beans are tender-crisp, chicken is golden brown and internal temperature of chicken registers 165°F (74°C) on instant-read thermometer.
Helpful Tip
Some air fryer models may not require preheating. Check manufacturer’s instructions for proper use.
