This sticky and flavourful glazed chicken comes together very quickly, thanks to bottled dressing and peach jam. This chicken works well with steamed rice or egg noodles.

Ingredients

8 bone-in, skinless chicken thighs
1 cup water
1 cup Russian dressing
1 cup peach jam

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Mix Russian dressing and peach jam together. Add water until well blended.

  3. Place the chicken thighs in a dutch oven or a roaster pan.

  4. Pour the mixture over the thighs.

  5. Cover and cook chicken for 40 minutes. Remove cover and continue to cook for another 35-50 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
