Sweet and Sour Chicken

brown sugar

vinegar

water

mustard

ketchup

cornstarch

cold water

Steps
Combine all ingredients except cornstarch and water in a large casserole dish, place chicken in sauce.
Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350°F (175°C).
Mix cornstarch with ½ cup (125 mL) of cold water; thicken sauce with this when removed from oven.
Serve over a bed of rice and mixed vegetables.
