The Royal Gala Chicken Sandwich
The royal gala apple mayonnaise puts an unusual spin on this sandwich. Apple cider vinegar, fresh mint, cinnamon, nutmeg and honey elevate the royal gala apple flavour making this sandwich fit for royalty. Steps
Marinate chicken breast overnight in the fridge.
Mix apple purée and mayonnaise until well blended.
Remove from marinade, grill on BBQ until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Place in sesame bun top with cheddar cheese, apple-infused mayonnaise and lettuce.
